BEAT THE PRO:: Net score vs. Pro's Gross
TWO LADY BEST BALL:: Use better gross score of partners on each hole. No handicap spread restriction. Handicaps calculated on a 60/40 basis (60% of low + 40% of high).
BIRDIE BOOK:: Enter your birdies in the birdie book. Birdies made at Maplewood, on any day of the week, can be entered. Prizes are awarded, by division at the annual holiday luncheon.
HOLIDAY LUNCHEON:: Annual awards given out, including Hole-in-One, Most Improved and Birdies.
CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP:: Stroke play. Must submit a minimum of the equivalent of seven (7) 18-hole scorecards from Maplewood dated from the prior year Championship to current.
FIELD DAY:: A fun day with various competitions.
INVITATIONALS:: Competitions offered by other courses. Entry forms and information found in the notebook marked “Invitationals”, beside computer.
LAST CHANCE TOURNAMENT:: Competition for those who did not win 1st or 2nd place of a division in a Maplewood Women’s Club tournament this season.
NINE HOLE COMPETITION:: For those only able to play 9 holes, there will be a weekly competition available for players who wish to participate.
SEASON LONG ECCI:: Optional. Each member keeps own improved scores in the ECCI binder on desk by computer.
SPRING ECCI TOURNAMENT:: 3 weeks to improve score on each hole. Net of best score each hole.
TWO-LADY TOURNAMENT:: Competition may vary between Chapman, Scramble & Shamble.
